The CoffeeBuzz
The CoffeeBuzz is the only art gallery in Ahwatukee and features fine art photography and mixed media from established and emerging local artists. The CoffeeBuzz holds monthly artist openings as well as private showings by appointments.
The CoffeeBuzz arrived in Ahwatukee in 2005, and is owned and operated by Ahwatukee residents Carol and Dimitri Lazarescu. The intent of the owners is to provide Ahwatukee with a friendly gathering spot where one can enjoy exceptional coffee drinks, delicious foods, art and free WiFi.
The CoffeeBuzz is also available for holding meetings and/or special functions.

Carol was born in St. Louis, graduated from Webster University in Communications and Marketing and eventually moved into the Phoenix area in the early 1990s. She is an avid animal lover, reader, loves hiking and exploring unusual places. Her favorite spot on the entire planet is the city of San Francisco.
Dimitri was born in Bucharest, Romania, graduated from the Romanian Music Academy and started a career in classical music performance (violin). In 1980 he defected and moved to the US. A resident of Arizona since 1982, he is a member of The Phoenix Symphony. He is a cat lover, he likes to ride his Harley Davidson, to collect old and rare cameras and sometimes he can be found shooting a large format camera around Arizona.
