Thank you for voting us one of the 2008 best places to have Breakfast in Ahwatukee!
The CoffeeBuzz opened its doors in the fall of 2005 and is currently owned and operated by Ahwatukee residents Carol and Dimitri Lazarescu.
The owners strive to maintain the highest quality of foods and coffee based drinks, proudly serving some of the best coffees and sandwiches in the Valley. We urge you to come in and taste our coffees and then compare them with the coffees served around town. The difference in taste will speak for itself! Trust us, there are many so called 'Coffee Houses' which serve nothing but horrible tasting coffees!
The CoffeeBuzz serves also as an art gallery, featuring local artists, young and promising as well as professionals, excelling in the painting and photography arts.
We also feature free WiFi at the Buzz. Suggested donation is $1.00 if Internet usage exceeds one hour. That is to help us defray the ever rising costs of our Internet provider.
Come and join us for a great cup of coffee, a great sandwich, a book, a chat or whatever other reasons you might have.
We know you have many choices in selecting your coffee shop, however we would like to give you a few honest reasons why you should come visit us. One of them is great coffee that surpasses in quality all the coffees from the corporate coffee houses. Another is supporting your local mom-and-pop business and remember going green! By shopping local you help other local businesses and thus cut down on gasoline usage when it comes to using products shipped from outside AZ. Our providers are local. And lastly, by visiting our shop you will always see works of art done by local artists. We support arts and would love to see Ahwatukee thrive on all levels, including the Arts.

Carol is a passionate book reader, an ever more passionate animal lover. We have four cats (Duncan McCloud who is a pure Scottish Fold breed, Tiger, Beethoven and Hobbes) and a dog who is a Mini Dachshund called Danny. Our recent addition is a Desert Tortoise, two years young, named Onyx or Little O.

Another passion, actually that goes for both Carol and Dimitri, is riding the Harley. Carol is pretty fresh at riding it but has learned very well to master the Iron Horse. Dimitri's passion of riding a motorcycle started over 30 years ago, while he was in Romania. He got back 'in the saddle' in the Fall of 2006. Dimitri's dream motorcycle is a Street Glide on which he can tour this great land of America (some day). Until then, he is using their only bike, a Harley Sportster.
